Event Planners:

You may use these files for your customers’ party decoration, as part of you event planning services, only in the form of final printed products. You MAY NOT sell the digital files or distribute them in any way. You MAY NOT sell the printed materials from these files. Please contact us if you need clarification.
Credit on images featuring our products on your website or social media, although not mandatory, will be much appreciated.

    SHIPPING

    If you are purchasing a digital file, there is NO SHIPPING.

    INSTANT DOWNLOADS: Most files will be ready to download shortly after purchase (read item’s description for instructions).

    PERSONALISED/CUSTOM ITEMS: For items that require customisation on our end, you will receive the DIGITAL files in your email address within 2 business days of purchase.

    REFUND POLICY

    Due to the nature of the digital products, we don’t typically offer refunds after the files have been downloaded / sent to your email address. However, we’ll always be available to help you if you have any concerns or problems with the files.
